Let’s face it!

„LET’S FACE IT!” – we are being monitored. But how do we deal with everyday surveillance by video cameras or facial recognition software? Do we need a body without a face – or perhaps many faces without an identifiable body?

The dance solo “LET’S FACE IT!” takes up these current questions and designs a utopian body that has no face and yet again many faces – and thereby denies a clear identity. „LET’S FACE IT!” plays with different perspectives on the human face and creates interesting moments of interplay between identification and alienation, between subject and object, between having a face and not having a face.
